With a rich background in engineering, Jacob spent 20 years traveling the globe with CAE Inc., where he honed his skills and expertise. In 2015, he transitioned to real estate, bringing a unique perspective and extensive experience to the industry.

Now the proud owner and manager of Northeast Realty & Management, based in Teaneck New Jersey, his firm specializes in helping clients make savvy real estate investments. They currently manage over 100 tenants in Northern New Jersey and New York City, ensuring that each property is well-maintained and profitable.
